What is Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on App/Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
How do I cancel my Order?
One can cancel his /her Order by giving us a mail in sales support with proper description of name, Address and the Order Id.
When will I receive my refund after Cancellation?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
A Return is initiated when a Customer want to return a Product after receiving it,For One of the
- Defective Product Received.
- Product Damaged during Transit.
- From Outside, the Packet is OK but Product looks Defective/Damaged inside the Packets.
- Product does not match Description.
- Product is no longer required.
For the first Four reasons of Return No return fees will be charged ,If the Product is returned within 30 days. If the return is made after 30 Days but Before 90 Days,then Return Fees will be Charged according to the merit of the case.
If the Reason of Return is “ Product no longer Required” , then Return Fees will be Charged
From the Customer and We will not accept any Return Request after 30 days for this Reason.
Refund for Return
Please note that we will initiate the refund after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. The mode of refund will be as per the mode of payment used by Customer.
